Presentation of the potential of the MICE industry in Lower Silesia – roadshows

Two meetings of the project “Presentation of the potential of the MICE industry in Lower Silesia – roadshows” are behind us!

Each of the events consisted of interactive table talks between the participants of the event, i.e. venues, and event agencies, PCOs, as well as subcontractors from the MICE industry sector, during which the mentioned guests could present their offer and check the possibilities of cooperation with the other part.

The idea behind the project was to establish or refresh business relations, especially considering the 2-year period during which the meetings industry has not had much opportunity to operate.

The first meeting was held at the “Former Mine” Science and Art Centre on June 7, and the second at the Q Hotel Plus Wroclaw Bielany on September 27. Both venues represent 2 different counties in the Lower Silesian province, and have very high potential considering the meetings industry. It is also worth noting that Q Hotel is one of the newest hotel facilities in Lower Silesia. The culmination of both days, on the other hand, was a visit to the venues, allowing our guests to get a practical feel for the capabilities of the venues.

The Convention Bureau – Wrocław prepared a presentation during each event to highlight the huge potential of the MICE industry in Lower Silesia, which was an ideal starting point for the table talks following the presentation.

In addition, a dedicated coffee break and refreshments were prepared for the event participants.

We would like to thank all the submitted companies and institutions and wish them successful cooperation and a large number of implementations in Lower Silesia!
