Wrocław Congress Ambassadors’ Program

46 Wroclaw Congress Ambassadors are members of the Wrocław Ambassadors Club. They represent the world of science, culture, and economy. Each member of the Club specializes in a different field, has different passions and interests, but all share a desire to promote the country and the city as the best place to organize international events such as conferences and congresses.

The Convention Bureau - Wroclaw annually organizes a meeting of Wroclaw Congress Ambassadors, whose intention is to integrate and strengthen cooperation between members of the Ambassador Club and representatives of the meetings industry. During the meetings, there is a presentation of the city's offer in the MICE area, information about new hotels, congress and conference venues, and services in the field of consultancy and support for organizers of potential events. In addition, CB Wrocław regularly publishes articles about Wroclaw Congress Ambassadors activities on its website and in social media.
The result of cooperation are events acquired for Wrocław, including European Consortium for Political Research (ECPR) General Conference 2019, ENEA Congress 2018 or IFLA World Library and Information Congress 2017.

However, the Ambassadors associated in the Club will not stop at the events acquired so far and in the near future, they will engage in further projects aimed at convincing the organizers to choose Wrocław as the destination of the event. In addition, members of the Wroclaw Congress Ambassadors' Club sit on numerous program and scientific councils that are diverse in terms of the subject or size of conferences and congresses. 

Further meetings are also planned to present current information relevant from the perspective of acquiring and organizing events from the meetings industry in Wroclaw, as well as to take actions to interest potential participants in joining the Club of Wroclaw Ambassadors.

We are pleased with the activity of Wrocław Congress Ambassadors and their involvement in presenting Wrocław as a developing city, open to new technologies and ready to organize conferences, congresses and other events related to the meetings industry.
