The Spring Meeting for the local MICE industry

The Spring Meeting for the local MICE industry, organized by Convention Bureau Wrocław, is now behind us! This time, on April 9th, 2024, we had the pleasure of hosting you at BaseCamp Wrocław.

Wiktoria Król-Cieciorowska, from Convention Bureau Wrocław, kicked off the meeting by presenting certificates to PCOs and incentive travel for the years 2024-2025. The first speaker was Justyna Miłosz-Konopacka, who delivered a presentation on neuroevents. Of course, there was also a discussion on the events calendar for 2024, presented by Dagmara Łukaszewska, a representative of Convention Bureau Wrocław.

After a coffee break and fancy desserts, prepared by Nutri Catering, the next item on the agenda was a panel discussion about the local MICE industry. Participating in the panel were: Marek Karyś – General Manager of Hotel Altus Palace Wrocław, Wiola Samborska – Director CEE Hydropolis, CMO MPWiK Wrocław, Paweł Haberka – General Manager/Owner at PowerEvents, Jennifer Świercz – Coventry University Wrocław. It was an incredibly inspiring experience, full of interesting insights and ideas!

The final item on the agenda was a presentation of the hosting venue, BaseCamp Wrocław, led by Anastazja Kipigroch, Assistant Base Manager – Wrocław, followed by a tour of the facility.

We would like to sincerely thank everyone who attended our annual industry meeting, especially for the opportunity to provide up-to-date information and engage in discussions and exchanges of ideas on current relevant topics.
