Local food producers and restaurateurs – gathered around a common table

A meeting of food producers from Lower Silesia and Wrocław restaurateurs has taken place. The ‘From the Field to the Wrocław Table’ project aims to connect food producers from the Lower Silesian Voivodship with Wrocław restaurateurs so that they can use locally produced products in their cuisine. The meeting was organised by the Wrocław City Hall’s Economic Development Office in cooperation with the Wrocław Convention Bureau.

The Office for Economic Development is implementing a project co-financed by the National Rural Network programme called ”From the Field to the Wrocław Table’

The project is co-financed by the National Rural Network and involves a broad campaign to shorten supply chains. It aims to promote local food producers and Wrocław’s gastronomic concepts, appreciating the value of healthy, local food and strengthening Wrocław’s gastronomic brand.
