Recommended PCOs and Incentive Organizers work all the way!

The year 2022 was full of events, which was the best possible scenario after a 2-year slump for the world of events. As the Convention Bureau – Wrocław Tourism Promotion Foundation, we run a program of recommendations of Professional Congress Organizers (PCO) and Incentive Travel Organizers. Accordingly, we are in constant contact with our recommended organizes thanks to which we can confidently say that the local events market is growing in strength.

One of the companies that we recommend is Bissole Business Travel – an office, whose leading activity is organization of incentive trips and all business travel matters. This year’s range of incentive and integration trips in Bissole was very diverse: from Poland through Europe, Africa and all the way to South America. An incentive trip to Peru (which was planned for 2020 but due to covid outbreak had to be postponed) could finally be realised this year! It was a trip full of “must see” attractions such as: Machu Piccu, Cusco, Lima and many more. It was also full of adrenaline – paragliding, zipline and a fantastic views during our panoramic train ride. At the beginning of October, they went for a trip to Tanzania – it was an amazing adventure! They went for one of the best safaris in the world and met ‘the big five’. The trip finished with a wonderful rest in Zanzibar. A group of over 100 people also went this year with Bissole on an incentive trip to the Maldives, where everything was truly fabulous and the whole trip was organised perfectly! Short, weekend trips in Poland – to Masuria, Beskidy Mountains, Kraków or Gdańsk, as well as to nearby Prague and Amsterdam – were very popular this year. 2022 was a very busy year but filled with exciting and new destinations!

Another recommended company is Exploring Events, which so far this year has carried out 74 events including team-building trips, banquets and themed events, team-building meetings, original city and role-playing games. The agency was also responsible for two large public events – MPWiK’s Drink Kranówka Town during the Europa na Widelcu festival and the 2022 Wrocław Dwarf Festival – the city’s largest event for children. The agency has recently hired three new employees and plans to continue expanding its operations in the Lower Silesian market in the near future.

It was also a very good year for Argentum Event Company! They have realized more than 200 corporate events, and their event team is now more than 20 people. Moreover, in a survey conducted by the Kantar research agency, commissioned by Media Marketing Polska, they were ranked in the TOP3 of the best-rated event agencies in Poland by clients. All this allows the company to look to the future with optimism, and motivates them to keep working on further development and constant improvement of the quality of their services. Argentum Event is already looking forward to the next year and the challenges it will bring to all of us!

Although we can see a return of companies to the implementation of various types of events, everyone agrees that the implementation time has shrunk significantly, which poses further challenges for organizers. However, observing the situation, we are of good thoughts and wish more great realizations!
