Hotel facilities under construction in Wroclaw in the years 2022–2025

In recent years a number of new hotels have appeared on the Wrocław market, varying not only in terms of location but also in standards and size. Investment plans for the coming years look equally promising.

Q Hotel Bielany Wrocławskie
Announced for the first quarter of 2022 is the opening of Q Hotel Wroclaw Bielany with 3700 sqm of conference and event space,including:
– a 580 m² ballroom, 4 m high, with access to daylight, suitable for shows using RTV and household appliances and with a freight elevator to allow the introduction of vehicles
– 3 or 4 smaller rooms after the division of the above mentioned ballroom
– Tarasova” room with an area of 450 m² with a panoramic terrace overlooking Wroclaw (275 m²)
– 4 conference rooms (2 with an area of 100 m² each, which can be divided into 2 smaller rooms, and 2 boardrooms)
– 8 suites that can be transformed into boardrooms,
– full utilization of available rooms allows for organization of banquets for groups over 600 people,
– while full use of the available rooms allows for accommodation of approximately 420 guests.
The facility is growing in size, we look forward to the opening

Altus Palace
Another historic building in Wroclaw Old Town is regaining its former glory. Former Leipziger Palace, located opposite Partyzantów Hill, will be transformed into a categorized hotel, Altus Palace. The building is located in the vicinity of Staromiejski Park and stands on a plot of almost 2.5 thousand square meters. The key aspect is revitalization of the facility, which will ultimately have 91 rooms and be enriched with a conference room, a restaurant with a bar and a SPA zone. What will distinguish the new Wroclaw hotel are the historic interiors, which will be renovated but maintained in a palace style. The scheduled completion date for the facility is the end of April 2022.

HOTEL BUILDING WITH APARTMENTS
The investment is located at 5 Partynicka Street in Wrocław. The investor is Inwea Sp. z o.o. Sp.k. Construction began in the first quarter of 2021 and is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2022. The building will include apartments, service and hotel units and an underground garage.

Hotel and office complex B10
The planned investment will be constructed directly at Bolkowska Street, in the vicinity of the Business Garden office complex. The office building has been designed as an H-shaped modular structure. It will offer flexible in arrangement and well lit open-space area, which can be freely divided into smaller modules. The hotel will have 116 rooms, a reception and a restaurant. A wide courtyard is planned between the office building and the hotel, leaving plenty of space for employees, guests and passers-by. The project is scheduled for completion in December 2022

House of Culture WSK Hydral
A huge building of the former Company Community Centre WSK Hydral, abandoned for many years, located in the center of Psie Pole at 2-2a Bierutowska Street, will be transformed into a service and hotel building. The construction will start at the beginning of next year.

Hotel Mövenpick Wroclaw
Accor Group has signed a franchise agreement with the investor Rafin for Hotel Mövenpick Wrocław, previously operating as Hotel Grand. The historic property will be rebranded and expanded to welcome guests in early 2023. The planned four-star hotel will offer 180 spacious, luxurious rooms, a restaurant, bar and conference rooms. The property will also feature a fitness center, spa, and underground parking.

Klasztor Hotel
Arche company is constantly working on redevelopment of the former children’s hospital at J. Kasprowicza Avenue. As it was announced, the hotel will function as a Klasztor (monastery) and it will also be adapted for longer stays and residence, and the park next to the buildings will be open for residents of Wrocław. The main building will assume the function of a hotel, with about 85 rooms and a restaurant. There will also be three conference rooms. In addition, a wellness area is planned, as well as a café overlooking the historic park. Completion date: second quarter 2023.

Polonia hotel
Rafin is also planning to revitalize Hotel Polonia in the near future. Initially the Polonia is to be transformed into a 5-star hotel with about 200 rooms.

Banking Residence
The former headquarters of PKO BP bank at 33-35 Wita Stwosza Street will undergo a major metamorphosis. The historic building will soon be home to luxury apartments for short-term rent, office space and restaurants. The modernized premises will also house two office complexes and 111 small hotel apartments with areas ranging from 20 to over 40 sqm. After the modernization is completed, the tenement is to be named “Rezydencja Bankowa”. The building is scheduled to reopen in the fourth quarter of 2023.

Aparthotel
An aparthotel is under construction in Wrocław, Krzywoustego Street, Psie Pole district. A total of 80 hotel apartments and two commercial premises located on the first floor have been designed in the building. Various sizes and layouts of the apartments are intended to meet the expectations and needs of investors, and the modern design of the building and common areas will encourage future tenants to use the building.

APARTHOTEL “STUDIO PLAC DOMINIKAŃSKI”
Toscom Development will develop Studio Plac Dominikański at the intersection of Krasińskiego and Traugutta streets in Wrocław’s Przedmieście Oławskie district. It is a six/seven-storey aparthotel with a brick façade and a total usable area of 3.8 thousand square meters. It comprises 138 one- and two-bedroom apartments ranging in size from 15.6 to 47.5 sqm. Residents will have access to 20 parking spaces in an underground garage. The offer is supplemented by four commercial premises with areas ranging from 44.48-148.40 sqm. (a total of 356.11 sq m). There will also be a security and reception area in the building. The apartments will be leased by a selected operator.

Zwycięska 3 – new apartment building with hotel function
The building will be constructed at 3 Zwycięska Street, in the Krzyki-Partynice residential area, opposite the Wrocław Race Track, near the junction with Karkonoska Avenue. The building is planned to have four floors. The first floor will house commercial premises and a reception area. Above, there will be 136 investment apartments ranging in size from 18 m² to 74 m² with kitchen annexes and balconies. The building will have an underground garage with 168 parking spaces. There will also be 60 above-ground parking spaces and bicycle racks. The Zwycięska 3 complex will comprise two office premises with an area of 476 sqm. The building will feature three staircases and low-noise elevators. Planned completion date: 30.09.2023.

Hatzfeld Palace
Rafin company plans to open 150-room 5-star hotel under international brand on the intersection of Wita Stwosza and Krowia Streets near Dominikański Square. Rafin company plans to open a hotel in a former palace, at the same time restoring its former palace character. The GREG Architekci studio, which is also the main designer of the Grand/Movenpick hotel reconstruction, is responsible for the project. Work on the building is expected to begin in 2023/24 after the Grand is completed, with completion scheduled for 2026.
