The annual meeting of Wrocław Congress Ambassadors

The annual meeting of Wrocław Congress Ambassadors took place in the newly opened aparthotel – Haston Old Town on December 09, 2021.

After welcoming all participants, the President of Convention Bureau – Wrocław Agnieszka Szymerowska presented the program of Congress Ambassadors and its importance in the post-pandemic world.

The next presentation was given by Wiktoria Król Cieciorowska from the Convention Bureau –Wrocław. It also concerned the current situation in the hotel industry in Wroclaw in connection with the dynamically changing number of Wroclaw venues and also presented what kind of new sites will appear in Wrocław in the coming years.

Kazia Lubińska from the Inspire Congress – recommended PCO, presented the current perspective of the organization of congresses and conferences after the changes introduced by the pandemic in the MICE industry.

On the other hand Marcin Chmielarz from Work Group – recommended PCO, discussed with participants of meeting whether the organization of hybrid events is a trend or a necessity these days? He presented also the new solutions that may work in the future during meetings in the MICE industry.

The meeting ended with a tour of Haston Old Town, thanks to which participants had the opportunity to visually check the conference potential of the aparthotel.

By organizing annual meetings of the Wrocław Congress Ambassadors with representatives of the meetings industry, Convention Bureau – Wrocław supports the cooperation and integration.
