At the beginning of October 2020, the Convention Bureau – Wrocław together with the Poland Convention Bureau POT have organized a fam trip with the SITE Poland’s active cooperation. This dedicated trip has been organized under the banner of: You’ve been away for a long time – let’s meet in Wrocław! The program of the event was extremely varied and was also aimed at presenting how the city combines its history with modernity. The sightseeing plan has included both the Market Square of Wrocław and the newly created buildings like Concordia Design.
On the first day, the fam trip participants had the opportunity to discover the potential of the Monopol Hotel and they also had a possibility to admire one of the best city’s views during a gala dinner at the exceptional Acquario restaurant.
The next day has begun while discovering the MICE Science and Art Center Stara Kopalnia in Wałbrzych. During the visit, both the tourist side of the facility and the potential of organizing incentive trips have been presented. The participants have visited also the Topacz Castle while having a site inspection of the facility. They had also a great opportunity to try hotel’s delicious cuisine during an organized lunch. They have finished their day trip in the heart of lower Silesian voivodship. The fam trip participants could explore one of the flagship tourist attractions of Wrocław – the Centennial Hall Complex. We have also visited the Africarium and enjoyed dinner in its most famous part – the Mozambique Tunnel.
On the last day of the fam trip, the participants have taken a walk from the Market Square of Wrocław towards Ostrów Tumski – The Cathedral Island. During the sightseeing, the participants have visited one of the newest facilities in the city space – Concordia Design, where they have had the opportunity to learn about its architectonic character and MICE potential, as well as they have tried the dishes offered by the restaurant during the lunch time. During this day, they could explore one of the newest Wrocław hotels – The Bridge Wrocław MGallery. The trip has ended while visiting Hydropolis – the knowledge center about water.
