In the historic interiors of Topacz Castle, a meeting was held to summarize the “Promotion of Business Tourism in Lower Silesia” project. As part of this initiative, a document was developed, listing 20 conference and congress venues in Lower Silesia, available in both Polish and English.

The meeting was opened by Wiktoria Król-Cieciorowska, Vice President of Convention Bureau Wrocław, who welcomed all the guests. On behalf of the event’s host, Magdalena Żyszczyńska, Sales and Marketing Director of Topacz Castle, greeted the participants. Representing the Lower Silesian Voivodeship Marshal’s Office, Magdalena Piasecka, Chairwoman of the Committee for Tourism, Recreation, and Sport Development, also extended her greetings. From the City of Wrocław, Radosław Michalski, Head of the City Brand Department, welcomed the attendees.

After the official welcome, Agnieszka Szymerowska, Director of SKKP Office, delivered a presentation on the potential of business tourism in the region. Following this, Wiktoria Król-Cieciorowska, Vice President of Convention Bureau Wrocław, presented the document for the first time, preceded by a brief introduction on the project idea, an assessment of the current market situation of the MICE industry in Lower Silesia, project assumptions, the document creation process, venue selection criteria, as well as the challenges encountered and successes achieved.

After the official part, participants had the opportunity to network and tour Topacz Castle, including the Motor Museum located on the premises.
