The Wrocław Good Books Fair has been held since 1992, although it was not always known under this name. Initially, it was the Meetings of Good Book Publishers, but then the name changed to the Wrocław Promotion of Good Books, to adopt its present name in 2013.

At the fair itself, you can find titles recognised by critics and literature experts, and you can also often meet the authors themselves and get their autographs. The magical atmosphere of the fair comes from being surrounded by books and other people sharing their passion.
