On June 19-20, 2024, a unique event will take place at the Congress Center of Wrocław University of Science and Technology – the 1st Lean TWI Summit. This event will gather practitioners and enthusiasts of Lean and TWI.

The first day of the conference will be rich in practical case studies from leading companies such as Wienerberger, AB Neo, Danone, Kompania Piwowarska, TurboTec, and Cooper Standard. Additionally, an inspiring Power Speech will be delivered by Dave Christensen, Head Coach of Panthers Wrocław. On the second day, four interactive workshops are scheduled (two in Polish and two in English), after which participants will receive certificates of participation.

This event provides a unique opportunity to:

• Learn practical case studies from industry leaders.
• Develop skills through workshops led by experts from Wienerberger UK, ABB, Cooper Standard, and TurboTec.
• Establish valuable contacts during the evening networking session.

The conference also supports noble causes – 1.5% of the conference’s revenue will be donated to support individuals with autism through Pałac Subkultury.
