The White Raven Academy is organizing the 17th Lean | Six Sigma Conference, which will take place on June 6-7 in Wrocław. This event presents a unique opportunity to meet and exchange views with leading experts, practitioners, and specialists in the field of process optimization and problem-solving.

The Lean | Six Sigma Conference is an annual event that attracts business leaders, managers, specialists, experts, and enthusiasts of Six Sigma and Lean from all over Poland. Experienced practitioners as speakers, benchmarking visits to top companies, and exhibitors supporting the implementation of process optimization solutions are permanent elements of each edition of the conference.

Conference Program

Day One:

On the first day of the conference, participants will have the opportunity to attend 13 inspiring expert lectures. This year’s edition will focus on topics such as project management, problem-solving in organizations, challenges related to the implementation of Six Sigma and Lean tools, team development, and the role of new technologies and new generations in the business world. Speakers will also present case studies from their organizations, which will help participants better understand the practical applications of the discussed concepts.

Day Two:

The second day of the conference offers participants the opportunity to participate in benchmarking visits to companies such as Clinico Medical, Gates Polska, Electrolux, Mondelez Polska, GKN Automotive, and MAHLE. Participants will be able to see Six Sigma and Lean tools in practice and exercise the discussed topics in the area of continuous improvement and problem-solving. For those developing in the service industry, a workshop on the use of Lean tools in service processes, organized in cooperation with Santander Consumer Bank, has been prepared.

Book Premiere

During the conference, there will be a premiere of the book “Six Sigma for Managers” by Kamil Torczewski – President of the Board of the White Raven Academy.
