On 6 June 2026, Wrocław will once again become the stage for one of the city’s most spectacular sporting events. The 12th Night Wrocław Half Marathon will start near Tarczyński Arena Wrocław, with the finish line located on the stadium pitch — creating a unique setting for thousands of runners and spectators.

The Night Wrocław Half Marathon has long been one of the city’s sporting showcases. It is an event that combines physical activity, urban energy, and the exceptional atmosphere of Wrocław after dark. In 2025, nearly 15,000 runnerstook part in the race, while for the 2026 edition organisers have prepared a record number of 21,975 starting packages — a figure referring to the half marathon distance of 21.0975 km.

This year’s route has been designed to be wider, faster, and more comfortable for participants. Runners will start from al. Śląska and continue through, among others, Lotnicza Street, Strzegomski Square, Legnicka Street, John Paul II Square, Ruska Street, Kazimierza Wielkiego Street, Oławska Street, Społeczny Square, Grunwaldzki Square, the area around Ostrów Tumski, Grodzka Street, and Nowy Świat, before returning towards Tarczyński Arena Wrocław. The finish line will be located on the stadium pitch.

The new format of the event highlights Wrocław’s potential as a city ready to host large-scale sporting and mass events. The half marathon engages not only runners, but also residents, volunteers, municipal services, and supporters, creating a shared experience that goes beyond sporting competition itself.

The choice of Tarczyński Arena Wrocław as the start and finish location is particularly significant. The stadium, associated with major sports events, concerts, festivals, and business meetings, once again demonstrates its versatility as one of Wrocław’s key event venues.
