Wielkanoc we Wrocławiu – czas inspiracji i nowych spotkań
2026-04-02The third edition of the Mountain MICE Summit took place from April 8–10, 2026. The event once again brought together representatives of the hospitality and events industries, as well as conference and corporate travel organizers, showcasing the potential of the Karkonosze and Izera Mountains for the MICE market.
Six venues on the itinerary
As part of this year’s edition, participants visited six facilities of the Górskie Resorty Group: Elements Hotel & Spa and Forest Park Resort & SPA in Świeradów-Zdrój, Osada Śnieżka in Łomnica, Blue Mountain Resort and Platinum Mountain Hotel & Spa in Szklarska Poręba, as well as Green Mountain Hotel in Karpacz.
A diverse offering in practice
The event’s format allowed participants to familiarize themselves not only with the conference spaces themselves, but also with the accommodation, dining, and recreational facilities, as well as the outdoor areas used for organizing activities and team-building. This made it possible to evaluate the venues in a real-world industry event scenario, rather than solely through a presentation format. Although all the venues belong to the same group, each one stood out with its own character and offerings. In some, the extensive wellness facilities—featuring, among other things, region-inspired cosmetics—caught particular attention, while in others, the open space conducive to organizing meetings and team-building activities outdoors was a major asset.
Networking and the regional experience
Team-building activities and networking were also an important part of the program. Participants had the opportunity to make connections, engage in conversations, and exchange experiences practically every day of the event. In the MICE industry, relationships remain one of the most important elements that build the value of meetings. In this case, the event’s surroundings themselves served as an additional asset. Exploring the region together created a pleasant atmosphere for building connections.
The Karkonosze and Izera Mountains as a Strong Destination for MICE
The third edition of the Mountain MICE Summit demonstrated that the Karkonosze and Izera Mountains are a fully-fledged destination for meetings, conferences, and corporate trips. The region’s strength is determined not only by its modern hotel and event infrastructure but also by its year-round appeal and the ability to create programs combining activity, team-building, and relaxation. The mountain setting, outdoor activities, and wellness and spa facilities allow for the creation of itineraries tailored to the diverse needs of participants and the different seasons. It is precisely this combination of functional infrastructure, nature, and a thoughtfully developed offering that makes the region an attractive proposition for the MICE market.
