Wrocław at IMEX Frankfurt 2025

From 20–22 May 2025, Convention Bureau – Wrocław had the honour of participating in IMEX Frankfurt – one of the most important global events for the MICE industry. This year’s edition gathered over 12,000 attendees from nearly 100 countries, providing an excellent platform for international networking and showcasing Poland’s meetings and events potential.

Wrocław was one of the partners of the national stand, jointly organised by Poland Convention Bureau and the Polish Tourism Organisation. Our presence was part of a coordinated promotion of Polish cities and regions, supported by local convention bureaux, hotels, congress centres, and professional event organisers (PCOs and DMCs). As a leader in sustainable development and host of numerous international events, Wrocław attracted strong interest from international planners.

Our goal was not only to showcase the city’s conference infrastructure, but above all to build meaningful relationships with global partners and strengthen Wrocław’s position as a competitive MICE destination. We held a series of business meetings with event planners, incentive agencies, and tour operators, presenting Wrocław’s key assets: a well-developed hotel base, modern venues, green urban planning, and excellent accessibility.

IMEX Frankfurt also provided an opportunity to celebrate the achievements of the Polish MICE sector. The Poland Convention Bureau stand was honoured with the prestigious Best Stand Personnel award – a recognition of the professionalism and hospitality of the entire national team.

We would like to thank the Poland Convention Bureau and the Polish Tourism Organisation for coordinating the Polish presence at IMEX, as well as all partners for their fruitful cooperation. Wrocław returns from Frankfurt energised, inspired, and ready to take on new international challenges!
