Easter Greetings from Convention Bureau – Wrocław
2025-04-17We have just wrapped up the third edition of the “From Field to Wrocław’s Table” event, which once again brought together food producers and representatives of the gastronomy sector from across the region. This year’s meeting took place at the Novotel Wrocław Centrum Hotel and attracted over 100 participants.
The aim of the event was to build direct business relationships between local producers and restaurateurs. Participants had the opportunity to showcase their products – from cheeses and preserves to honey, sweets, and cold cuts – exchange experiences, and establish new collaborations.
The event once again highlighted the importance of locality, quality, and sustainable practices in today’s gastronomy. These values served as the foundation for the conversations, presentations, and tastings that shaped the entire meeting.
We had the pleasure of co-organizing this event together with the Wrocław Agglomeration and the City of Wrocław. As Convention Bureau – Wrocław, we actively support initiatives that strengthen the local economy and promote the culinary heritage of Lower Silesia.
