Call for Applications: PCO and Incentive Travel Recommendations Program 2025-2026!

Convention Bureau – Wrocław announces a new call for applications for the Professional Congress Organizers (PCO) and Incentive Travel Organizers recommendation program for 2025-2026!

The recommendation system includes companies, organizational units without legal personality, and individuals conducting business activities whose headquarters or branch are registered in Wrocław or Poland. These entities must specialize in the comprehensive organization of congresses, conferences, and incentive travel.

According to the regulations, the recommendation may be granted to entities:

For entities based in Poland:

• conducting business activities with headquarters or a branch registered in the Republic of Poland and engaged in the comprehensive organization of congresses and conferences,
• actively organizing or planning to organize congresses and conferences in Wrocław as a key destination,
• possessing relevant experience in organizing their own or commissioned congresses and conferences, along with a team of employed personnel enabling full and independent organization of congresses and conferences.

For entities based in Wrocław:

• conducting business activities with headquarters or a branch registered in Wrocław and engaged in the comprehensive organization of congresses and conferences,
• possessing relevant experience in organizing their own or commissioned congresses and conferences, along with a team of employed personnel enabling full and independent organization of congresses and conferences.

Purpose of the Recommendation Program
The recommendation system aims to create a verified database of entities that, through official endorsement, will guarantee the highest quality of services. This is crucial for both domestic and international event organizers seeking professional partners for event implementation in Wrocław and Poland.
