Summary of the Convention Bureau Representatives Meeting

On December 3, 2024, the ibis Styles Wroclaw Centrum hotel hosted a special meeting of representatives from Polish convention bureaus. This gathering was part of the two-day event organized by the Poland Convention Bureau POT and Convention Bureau Wrocław.

Review of Activities and Future Plans

The meeting brought together 35 representatives of city and regional convention bureaus to summarize the actions carried out in 2024. It was an excellent opportunity to reflect on the achievements of the past year, discuss the effectiveness of initiatives undertaken, and exchange insights on best practices within the meetings and events industry.

Another key element of the meeting was outlining the plans for 2025. Discussions focused on the critical challenges facing the industry and the opportunities presented by new technologies, sustainable development, and international collaboration.
