On October 21, 2024, the second edition of the “From Field to Wrocław’s Table” event took place, once again bringing together enthusiasts of Lower Silesian cuisine, regional food producers, and representatives of the gastronomy industry. The gathering attracted 70 participants, including 26 local food producers, who showcased their finest products.
During the event, attendees had the opportunity to explore the richness of Lower Silesian flavors – from exquisite cheeses and cured meats to aromatic pickles, fruit and vegetable preserves, honey, and local alcoholic beverages. It provided a unique space for conversations, exchanging experiences, and building collaborations between producers and gastronomy professionals.
A key highlight of the program was the announcement of the winners of the “Culinary Festival Delicacies 2024”, recognizing the most innovative and high-quality local products. The awarded producers emphasized the importance of combining traditional manufacturing methods with a modern approach to gastronomy.
The second edition of the event demonstrated the great importance of promoting local food and supporting producers who passionately care about the quality of their products.
