One city, and so many different ideas for Incentive Travel! We would like to introduce the next Recommended Professional Incentive Travel Organiser (Incentive Travel) for 2023-2024, the Festa Event agency.
Organising events for companies and special events with the Festa Event agency in Wrocław is a chance to participate in a unique event. They are distinguished by their comprehensive operation. They organise the entire event and also offer support in selected stages of event planning – from providing accommodation, transport and attractions to tailoring the programme to the individual expectations of event participants. The Festa Event team is constantly looking for new solutions and offers its clients original attractions to make the venture or corporate trip unforgettable.
In the proposed attractions, they include elements of cooperation and competition, and encourage people to try new activities. When organising corporate events, Festa Event also incorporates ideas such as team building and CSR.
The beginning of 2024 was dedicated to corporate events. Below we quote accounts of two events that Festa Event organised:
- “At the beginning of the year, we had the opportunity to organise a trip to sum up the previous year for one of our clients. In addition to meetings and defining the company’s goals for 2024, there was an evening event where awards and prizes were presented to employees.”
- “In the middle of March, we organised a company trip for a client to sum up the previous year, combined with a James Bond-themed evening party. Inspired by the films about Agent 007, we selected an appropriate setting and provided plenty of attractions for the event participants. The banquet participants did not disappoint – the outfits were elegant, referring to James Bond’s style of dress – black was predominant. In addition to tasty food and good music, participants were able to enjoy a photo booth, a photo wall with James Bond gadgets. One integral part of the James Bond world is the casino! Three tables were available for guests to try their hand at the games. Our friendly entertainer held several competitions that evening – there was no shortage of takers, and some went home with interesting prizes.”
