Fabryka Wydarzeń is a team of professionals with more than 10 years of experience, operating under this brand since 2018. Their mission is to produce cutting-edge events that evoke emotions, create experiences and build a strong image for companies across the country. 

Taking care of the creative concept, details and seamless logistics, they fully support their clients in the realisation of events at the highest level of organisation, entertainment and technology. They focus on building relationships and brand experiences. As a result, each event is an immersive story told in line with the client’s business goals and values. 

Since the beginning of 2024, they have delivered more than a dozen integrative and business-oriented projects. One of the most significant was the Winter Shine Party at Centennial Hall for a client in the financial sector. Held under the dome of the hall, the event entertained up to 2,600 guests in a winter setting. To bring the evening’s concept to life and achieve spectacular effects, light, scenographic and multimedia elements were used, including a diamond-shaped LED screen over 8 metres high.

The agency also handled several two-day industry conferences and a two-day promotional event “20 years of MSI laptops in Poland”. The event took place at the Wroclaw Film Studio, where the agency had an impressive 100m2 LED screen at its disposal. During the event, gaming experts and enthusiasts were able to see first-hand the evolution of MSI laptops and the milestones of the company’s activities in Poland and around the world. Using Meepla’s proprietary platform, Fabryka Wydarzeń provided the client with a state-of-the-art registration system and a dedicated landing page with a plug-in for downloading videos recorded by attendees during the event.  

The next few months promise to be just as intense. Ahead lies the organisation of another mass event in the form of a festival, a multi-day team-building trip and a charity gala in a unique location in Wroclaw. Of course, these are not all the events the agency has planned for this year. They are actively bidding for work and winning new clients.
