Work Group is a creative blend of precision and experience. The agency has been active in the events market for twenty years. During this time, they have had the pleasure of working for a large number of clients on a wide variety of projects, which has given them the opportunity to develop effective tools for carrying out the tasks entrusted to them. Their services include the organisation of exhibitions (including stand design and construction), conferences, congresses, conventions, seminars and business meetings. Streaming realisation for the Opole Theatre

“On 1-3 March 2024 we had the pleasure of realising live streaming for the Jan Kochanowski Theatre in Opole during the theatre marathon ‘European Weekend at TJK’. Our team took care of broadcasting the entire event on YouTube and Facebook platforms. “

Implementation of projects for Wroclaw.pl with ARAW (Wrocław Agglomeration Development Agency)

“We are proud of our long-standing cooperation with ARAW in providing services to Wrocław.pl zones during various events in the Wrocław area. This year we were responsible for the opening of Cinnamon Street, the Bastion Sakwowy, Chrobry Bridge and Gaj Tram Depot. Our role was to develop the space, set up the zone, coordinate it and organise activities such as pin-making and map competitions.”

Organising the Job Fair

“On 16 May 2024 we took part in the organisation of the International Job Fair ‘With EURES to Europe!’ in the Tarczyński Arena in Wrocław. We were responsible for renting the venue, catering, stage technology, sound system and coordination, helping the Lower Silesian Voivodeship Labour Office to organise this important event. The fair is a unique opportunity to find out about opportunities on the European labour market.”

Debate in Hydropolis

“On 20 May 2024 we had the undoubted pleasure of being responsible for the technical production of the debate on the Oder: Sustainable Development: Fantasy or Reality? The debate took place in the Relaxation Zone of Wrocław’s Hydropolis.”
