Exploring Events: certified as a Professional Incentive Travel Organizer for 2024-2025

We would like to introduce you to our next recommended companies. It is Exploring Events agency, which has been certified as a Recommended Professional Incentive Travel Organiser for 2024-2025. 

More than fifteen years ago, the agency was born out of a combination of passion and creativity, specialising in showcasing Wrocław and organising city games. Their passion for discovering and creating extraordinary experiences allowed them to develop from an agency specialising in producing role-playing city games into an event agency offering comprehensive services. The unifying element of Exploring Events’ events has always been the out-of-the-box ideas and the fantastic people who bring them to life. Their hallmarks are also mobility and flexibility – they tailor their solutions to the needs of their clients, often creating concepts from scratch. They are constantly seeking new inspiration and challenge is their nature.

2023 was a very busy year for the agency, and they closed it with a Halloween and Christmas theme, but with a non-obvious twist. They created three events for clients: A Halloween office opening, a Christmas party at the Mad Hatter’s house from Alice in Wonderland for 250 people and a Santa Disco Christmas party where 300 people attended an exclusive private party at Santa’s house.

The first quarter of 2024 passed under the sign of hard creative work, which was transformed into events that were sincerely praised by clients. They realised a number of original events:

• Hospital Night Duty carnival party for 120 people with “apothecary” bar service with a flair show, attractions and themed competitions, and an inseparable party with a DJ,
• Animations in Łódź during a medical conference, where they created original monsters (concept, costumes, make-up) that personified various health problems, and to which the launch of the client’s new drug was a strong response,
• The opening of an office in a new office building in Wrocław, in the style of a house party for 120 people, where participants could enjoy home-style catering, games and an original quiz in a suitably decorative setting and with the presence of animators,
• An original role-playing city game in Warsaw for a client from the banking industry – for approx. 150 people – with a scenario created especially for the client based on the idea of empowerment implemented in the company,
• Role-playing city games and puzzle boxes – in various locations in Poland for several hundred people in total.

The future plans of Exploring Events show no signs of slowing down – it will be exciting, interactive and colourful. Their plans for this year include an original new Barbie-themed role-playing game for 150 participants in Masuria, an open-ended field game for the guests of the 2024 Małopolska Festival, an 80-90s disco party for 300 people near Poznań and a special anniversary edition of the Wrocław Dwarf Festival, which they are delighted to be co-organising.
