Professional Congress Organizer (PCO) for the years 2024-2025 – Compani

At our spring meeting for the local MICE industry, we presented profiles of our recommenders in the PCO and Incentive Travel categories. It is now time to introduce you to their activities and we start the series with Compani.

Compani has been certified as a recommended Professional Congress Organiser (PCO) for 2024-2025. It is an event house that manages creative projects and creates events for companies in an agile way.

A very important part of their business is building relationships with their clients, as well as with event participants, partners and within the team. They only work with the best partners, suppliers and subcontractors. The company is based in Wrocław, but they carry out projects for companies from all over Poland. The events organised by Compani are guided by the slogan #LESSWASTE – they treat the environment as a very important project stakeholder and pay great attention to the wellbeing of their employees and all project stakeholders.

The company closed the year 2023 with the comprehensive realisation of the Keynote 2023 conference for 700 participants. The aim was to combine a professional conference with an attractive spectacle. The event was clearly divided into two parts: the conference part and the integration and party part.

As for the events that the company has realised since the beginning of 2024, we should start with the New Year’s event for 250 participants in February. This was a comprehensive event, from the creative part to the production and implementation. The theme of this cyclical corporate event for a client from the technology sector was the Greek Parnassus, and the neo-Renaissance auditorium of Wrocław’s NOT was transformed into a place for a feast of gods, heroes and muses.

Among the events organised by Compani, it is impossible not to mention the 12th Company Run, which took place in the Olympic Stadium in Wrocław in May. More than 12,500 people from over 500 companies took part in the event. The purpose of the event was noble, as it was a charity relay for the benefit of the beneficiaries of the Everest Foundation.

We are looking forward to future events organised by Compani, as they promise to be interesting – the plans include the 4th edition of the FRRuuu 2024 Company Bike Rally, which is another active integration for several hundred companies, as well as the E-sport Business Cup, which are e-sport company competitions for the Polish Company Cup in e-sports.
