In May 2024, we had the honor of representing Wrocław at one of the most important events in the MICE industry – IMEX Trade Fair in Frankfurt. As one of the 17 Polish stands, Convention Bureau Wrocław proudly presented our city as the ideal location for international conferences, business meetings, and events.
During IMEX 2024, our representatives conducted numerous, inspiring business conversations with hosted buyers from around the world. We demonstrated our readiness to organize events at the highest level. Not without reason, this year’s edition of the fair is considered one of the most successful in history.
This year’s IMEX fair was an opportunity for us not only to promote Wrocław but also to establish new business contacts and valuable partnerships. Cooperation with other Polish exhibitors, such as Bespoke Agency Poland, ICE Kraków Congress Centre, DMC Poland, or Polish Airlines LOT, allowed us to mutually enrich our experience and knowledge.
During the fair, our guests had the opportunity to experience not only professionalism but also the unique atmosphere that prevails in our country. A series of live concerts performed by the irreplaceable Basia Giewont, delicious coffee, and the unique atmosphere of our stand allowed participants to momentarily transport themselves to our beautiful Poland.
We look back with pride on our achievements during the IMEX 2024 Trade Fair and eagerly anticipate future events. We believe that the experience gained during this event will allow us to promote Wrocław even better as the ideal place to organize MICE events.
In conclusion, the IMEX 2024 Trade Fair was extremely fruitful for us. We are pleased to have been part of this unique event and thank everyone who visited our stand. See you at the next fairs!
