Meeting for the local MICE industry – spring edition

The spring meeting for the local MICE industry , organised by the Convention Bureau- Wrocław is behind us! This time, on 28 March 2023r. we had the opportunity to host you at Altus Palace Hotel *****.

Wiktoria Król-Cieciorowska, President of the Convention Bureau- Wrocław officially welcomed the guests together with the General Manager of Altus Palace Hotel – Marek Karys, and started the spring meeting. The first speaker was the President of the Wrocław Tourist Organisation, Alfred Wagner, who gave a presentation on the news from WROt and the research that has been carried out into the tourism market. Then Wiktoria Król-Cieciorowska and Magdalena Wypych from the Convention Bureau- Wrocław answered the question of how Wrocław works in the spirit of sustainable development and what our industry can do about it. Of course, we could not miss discussing the 2023 calendar of events, which was presented by Dagmara Łukaszewska, a representative of the Convention Bureau – Wrocław.

After a coffee break and fancy desserts prepared by our host hotel, the next item on the agenda was news from Wrocław Airport. That is, what new connections have been added and what the plans for expansion are, which were presented by Tomasz Lenart – Manager of Passenger Services at Wrocław Airport. The last item on the agenda was a presentation of the Altus Palace Hotel, the attention to every detail in the renovation of the facility was presented by Katarzyna Grunwald – Sales Manager at the Altus Palace Hotel, and a visit to the hotel hosted by us.

We would like to thank everyone who came to our annual industry meeting, above all for the opportunity to provide up-to-date information and to discuss and exchange views on current relevant topics.
