Event Industry Forum 2023

The Convention Bureau-Wrocław team participated in the 7th edition of the Event Industry Forum, which took place on January 18 in Warsaw at the EXPO XXI hall.  This is the country’s largest business event dedicated to events and business tourism, attended by representatives of event agencies, marketing agencies, PR agencies, incentive travel agencies, among others. The SBE Elves Gala and the Event Technology Workshop expanded this year’s edition. We had the opportunity to present the event offer of Wroclaw with our partners Tarczynski Arena Wroclaw and Event Zoone. It was a great opportunity to meet and get to know people related to organizing events from all over Poland. We had many visits and conversations, thanks to which we were able to significantly expand our contact base and learn about the latest trends in the market. This year’s event was attended by about 2,000 visitors, 43 experts and 130 exhibitors.

In addition, the Convention Bureau-Wrocław team participated in the 12th edition of the workshops on event technology organised by Brill AV Media, which took place on 19 January 2023. During the event, the following were discussed, among other things, the technical aspects of organising an event or making the best use of the technological potential of the venue.
