The report “Meetings and events industry in Poland” prepared by the Polish Tourist Organization and the Poland Convention Bureau is available now!

The report mainly includes a summary of last year’s achievements in the meetings industry, which changed the face of business tourism around the world. Convention Bureau Wrocław and 10 other regional convention bureaux took part in preparing this report by presenting the necessary data and statistics from individual cities –  this information was also received from local organizers and venues which are very active in the meeting industry.

Furthermore, the report  contains information on the organization of meetings and events on the international meetings market, based on data collected by ICCA (International Congress and Convention Association) and UIA (Union of International Associations).

In 2021, the Convention Bureau Wrocław informed the Polish Tourist Organization about 347 organized meetings and events for groups of 50 and more people: 42% – conferences and congresses, 60% – corporate and incentive events, 12% – fairs and exhibitions Wrocław hosted 273 thousand people during all of the events.
