During the 3-day roadshow, the exhibitor will have the opportunity to meet around 180 selected planners from Germany, Austria and Switzerland, which we believe may contribute to maintaining and strengthening the demand for business tourism services, strengthening Poland’s competitiveness on the international arena as a meeting destination.
The meetings industry is one of the most affected industries by the pandemic situation. Due to the restrictions and the double cancellation of the IMEX fair in Frankfurt, the organization of Polish MICE organizations’ appearance on the German market was not possible until now.
The organizer of the MICE by Melody workshops is the PeC-Kommunikation marketing and communication agency founded in 2010. The MICE by Melody workshop is intended exclusively for exhibitors, with the target group being German-speaking event planners who organize international events.
The roadshows will also include such organizations as: Visit Britain, Meet Ireland, Visit Estonia / Estonian Convention Bureau, Zürich Tourismus, Convention Bureau Davos, Graz Convention Bureau, Cannes Convention Bureau, Visit Brussels, Monaco Convention Bureau.
