Establishing hotel facilities in Wrocław within 2021-2023

In the upcoming years, many new hotels are going to establish which are going to differ by standards, location, and how big they will be.

Near the Wrocław Airport at the intersection of the Rdestowa and Graniczna street, a new hotel is being built by the Arche company. Arche Hotel Wrocław will have 3-start standards with 120 rooms. There also will be 3 conference rooms, a wellness area, and a restaurant. Arche Company announces the second stage of the investment which the, as a result of which there will be 230 additional rooms a conference center about covering about 1000 square meters. Final work is still in progress but the facility should start accommodating first guests even in June

Arche Company is also working on the reconstruction of an old children’s hospital at J. Kapsrowicza avenue. There is a chance that it will go under the name “Klasztor” and it will be for a longer stay and even living, and the park near the building will be open for the Wrocław’s residents. The first building will be a hotel with 83 rooms and a restaurant. There will also be 3 conference rooms. The second building is planned to be an aparthotel with a wellness area and pool. The residential building will be in the place where there were outbuildings before.

The construction of a boutique hotel Indigo was also announced in a tenement house on Kościuszki street. As of today the exact stage of the investment is unknown as well as the number of rooms in a hotel of 1496 square meters.

Banker’s Leipziger palace near the Staromiejski Park is being reconstructed into Hotel Altus Palace. It is going to be a luxury hotel with a 5-star standard in which there will be 81 rooms, a bar, and restaurant, a congress and banquet center, and a spa and gym area. It is going to be managed by Dobry Hotel and the opening is planned for the coming months.

The hotel facility of the Q Hotel chain at the border of Wrocław and Bielany Wrocławskie will be the biggest in the chain. The hotel is planned to have 209 rooms and 3700 square meters of the conference event area. In terms of the conference, it will be the most functional facility in Poland. The opening is planned in 2021.

At Sikorskiego street, the CTE group has started to work on building the StayInn Apartments. It will be a seven-story aparthotel offering 100 apartments. On the ground floor except for the round-the-clock reception, there will also be a restaurant.

At the end of 2021, the opening of a hotel Holiday Inn Express Wrocław with 142 rooms is planned, on Krakowska street. The hotel is being established as a part of Krakowskie Tarasy’s investment and it will be one out of six hotel-living-office buildings.

Partnership Rafin Developer is working on renovation and reconstruction of the historical Grand Hotel near the Main Railways Station. Rafin Developer signed a franchise agreement with Accor Group for 180 room Hotel Mövenpick Wrocław. It will the fourth hotel of that 5-star brand in Poland. The opening is planned for the beginning of 2023.

Planned for many years constructions of aparthotel’s Studio Plac Dominikański started at the end of 2019. The facility will come to life by the expansion of the office building at Krasińskiego 13a street. The brick façade will six or seven stores and will include 138 apartments.

Hotel Herbal is an investment prepared by Castellum, Wrocław’s company, which specializes in construction and conservation works. The facility is getting ready to be open in July of 2021 and is located at Włodkowica street in a historical wall of the former Franciscan monastery which is being renovated. Hotel Herbal will have a 3-star standard.

Also the preparation for construction of Hotel PURO next to Dworzec Świebodzki. The investor is planning the construction of a hotel that will hold 337 rooms on nine stories. It will be complemented by a large restaurant on the ground floor and spacious terraces on the upper floors.

OTIS Investment company prepares investment Milo Apart with 250  investment micro-apartments for rent from 14 to 45 square meters. The facility at Borowska street is about to start in the second half of 2021.

At Krzywoustego street, an aparthotel Krzywoustego with 80 rooms is to arise. Lower Silesian’s developer a partnership AWI is the investor and  Greg Architekci studio is the designer.

On Wrocław’s Psie Pole there is also planned to be a service and hotel building inside the former Factory Community Center WSK Hydral, which is owned by Spectrum Development Sp. z o.o.

Office and hotel complex B10 at Bolkowska street will stand next to Business Garden Complex. The general contractor is Mostal Warszawa S.A. The office building is going to be six stories in the shape of later H with about 14 500 square meters of usable space, it is also planned to correct the road infrastructure around the construction. The hotel facility will fit 166 rooms for long-term stays, underground parking, a small restaurant, and reception. It will be managed by partnership Hotel Co51belonging to Vastin Group. The end of the investment is planned for December 2022.

A hotel of the Vienna House chain was supposed to open among the investments we reported earlier, but the construction contract was recently terminated.
