In the incoming years, many new hotel facilities will be built in Wroclaw city. The emerging facilities differ in standards, location and size.
Near the Wroclaw airport, at the intersection of Rdestowa street and Graniczna street, a new hotel, by Arche corporation, is being built. Arche Hotel Wroclaw will be a 3-star facility including 120 rooms. The hotel will also include 3 conference rooms, a wellness area and a restaurant. Arche also announces the second stage of the investment, thanks to which there will be additional 230 rooms and a 100m2 conference center area.
Arche is also working on reconstruction of the former children’s hospital at J. Kasprowicza avenue. The announced hotel name will be ‘Klasztor’ (Monastery) and will be adapted for longer stays and permanent residence, and the park in the area of the buildings will be open for inhabitants of the city of Wroclaw. The first building will assume the function of a hotel with 83 rooms in it and a restaurant. It will also include three conference rooms. The second building is planned to be an aparthotel with a wellness zone and a swimming pool. Residential buildings will be erected in the place where former outbuildings were located.
The Indigo boutique hotel is being built in a tenement by the Kosciuszki street. The numer of rooms and services provided in the 1496m2 hotel is not yet known.
The Leipziger’s palace at the Old Town Park will be renovated into the Altus Palace Hotel. The hotel will be a luxurious 5-star hotel with 81 rooms, a bar and a restaurant, a congress/conference and banquet center as well as wellness center with spa and gym.
The hotel facility of the Q Hotel chain, on the border of Wrocław and Bielany Wrocławskie, is to be the largest facility of this hotel chain. The hotel is planned to have 201 rooms and 3,700 m2 of conference and event space. In terms of conferences, it will be the most functional facility in Poland.
At Sikorskiego street, the CTE group has started work on the construction of StayInn Apartments. It will be a seven storey Aparthotel offering 100 apartments. On the ground floor of the building, besides the 24-hour reception, there will also be a restaurant. The investment is scheduled to be completed by the end of 2021.
By the end of 2021, a 142-room, Holiday Inn Express is scheduled to be opened. It will be located at Krakowska street and will be part of Krakowskie Tarasy investment. It will be one of its 6 buildings with hotel, residential and office services.
The austrian hotel group Vienna House plans to open the Vienna House Easy in the beginning of 2022. The hotel will accommodate 240 rooms and 360m2 of conference and event area. Placing a fashionable restaurant is also in plan, as well as usage of modern analog-digital services to increase independence and privacy of guests.
Rafin Developer is working on the renovation and reconstruction of the historic Grand Hotel by the Central Station. The facility will have 6 above-ground floors and will contain a total of 172 rooms, 300m2 of conference are and a restaurant. Placing a sky bar in the dome of the building and green terraces inside the building is planned. The reopening of the hotel is scheduled for 2022.
Prepared for many years construction of the Studio Plac Dominikański began at the end of 2019. The facility will be built thanks to extension of the office building at Krasinskiego 13a street. The brick facade will have six or seven floors and will contain of 138 apartments.
Hotel Herbal is an investment prepared by Castellum, a Wrocław company, which is specialized in construction and conservation work. The facility is being prepared for opening in the second quarter of 2021 and is located at Włodkowica street, within the renovated historic walls of the former Franciscan monastery. The facility will be 3 *** standard hotel.
Preparations for the construction of the PURO Hotel at Świebodzki RailwayStation has also begun. The investor plans to build a hotel with 337 rooms in the nine-storey building. The complement of the hotel is to be a spacious restaurant and terraces on the upper floors.
OTIS Investment is preparing the Milo Apart with 250 micro-investment apartments for rent from 14 to 45 sq m. They are planning to start in the second half of 2021 at Borowska street.
At Krzywoustego street we will also have a new investment – aparthotel Krzywoustego with 80 rooms. The investor is the Lower Silesian developer, called AWI, and the designer is Greg Architekci from Wrocław.
